CEO & Chairman

Servant leader with proven skills in building strong management teams and guiding business vision and strategy to execution. He has a successful record of building businesses, programs, and organizations. His key strengths lie in forming organizational architecture, branding, marketing, key team building, strategy, project launches and long-term execution in multiple industries, domestically and internationally. 

He was an All-American swimmer, Far Western League champion in Alpine Skiing, serves mentor, as a victim relief responder, serves in his local church, and is in itinerant speaker. He serves is the founder and Chairman of Untrafficked, and serves on the Board of CareNet. 

He earned his education from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and De Anza College in Cupertino, California.  

President & Co-CEO

Held various leadership positions in energy business during 35-year career, including global operations, project management, safety/security/medical and environment, and government/investor relations.  He is on the boards of Life Teen International and Untrafficked and previously served on the board as Chairman of the National Safety Council, Board of Council for the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering, and a board for the United Way in Canada. 

COO

Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience leading start-up and established companies, in both the business sector and the non-profit space. He brings a depth and breadth of experience in strategic operations, planning and execution, leadership, team building, international systems development, effectively working with the public (law enforcement and government agencies) and private sector (business sector and NGOs), as well as business capacity building and scaling. 

CMO

A transformative, mission-driven leader committed to optimizing the end-to-end customer experience, winning and retaining business, and building high-performing products and teams in both be to B and BTC companies. She is passionate about developing talent and taking companies to their next stage of growth. She’s worked in private equity, startups, executive leadership, organizational design, talent management, digital marketing, brand strategy, and business transformation.

CTO

  Specialist in rapid systems engineering and development, information assurance, cyber security, open-source intelligence, and supply chain risk management/intelligence to commercial, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community customers. He provides leadership as well as subject matter expertise to customers in Enterprise Architecture, Information Assurance, Security Architecture, and large-scale Enterprise Management Operations. 

CFO

 Over 27 years of financial management experience, 18 years as a CFO. He is a creative, resourceful, and energetic executive with diverse financial and operational leadership experience, Able to combine astute business and financial skills while delivering positive results utilizing data-driven decision making, financial processes, controls, cash flow strategies and strong third-party relationships. Proactively identifying and recommending new opportunities while evaluating strengths and risks. Focused on improving results and effective. He earned a BS in Business Administration at Washington Adventist University and an MBA from University of Maryland.  

Chief Architect

 35-year career serving the DoD and Intelligence Communities as a DoD civilian contractor and commissioned Army Reserve Officer. Rusty has a career of engineering and technology achievements building cutting-edge Cyber and SIGINT systems, many of which were bleeding-edge implementations of tools, techniques, and procedures, especially multi-intelligence, multi-source, multi-type big data, Cyber Security, and CI/CD pipelines.  

Special Intelligence Advisor

USAF Lt. General John H. Campbell (Ret.) served as the Associate Director of Central Intelligence for Military Support at the Central Intelligence Agency. As the Chief Adviser to the Director of Central Intelligence on military issues, he ensured proper intelligence community support to the services across the spectrum of research and development, acquisition, plans, training, and operations. He also coordinated CIA activities in support of military activities and oversaw the CIA's Office of Military Affairs.

Special Advisor

USAF General Charles F. Wald (Ret.) is an acknowledged leader on global military strategy and development, General Wald is sought after to deliver speeches at private industry events, national policy institutions as well as colleges and universities. General Wald retired from the U.S. Air Force as a four-star general after serving over 35 years in the U.S. military as a command pilot with more than 3,600 flying hours and 430 combat hours. In his last position, he served as deputy commander of U.S. European Command (USEUCOM).  

Prior to being recruited to join Deloitte as a Director in 2009 and a “Brand Transformation Leader”, General Wald served as the Vice President of International Programs for L-3 Communications Corporation, based in Washington D.C. from 2007-2009.

General Wald has received numerous major military awards and decorations.  He holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in pre-law from North Dakota State University. He has completed coursework at Harvard University and the National War College. He has also been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree from North Dakota State University.

As a Managing Director for Deloitte’s Defense Sector practice, General Wald managed the single largest account in the U.S. Firm with Annual Revenue of over $300 million.

General Wald currently serves on numerous non-profit and Think Tank Boards of Directors.  Of note, he is on the Board of Trustees for the Bipartisan Policy Center, the Atlantic Council and the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition. He also serves as a Senior Military Advisor to the United States Institute for Peace.

Special Advisor 

General Leroy Sisco is currently retired from the military, after completing a forty-two-year career in the Military. Prior to retirement, he commanded the TXSG and was Deputy Commander of the 49thArmored Division and also Assistant Adjutant General of Texas over the M-Day force.  

General Sisco served on the National Guard Association of Texas Board for six years, five of which he served on the executive board. He held various offices during this time and served as President in 1996. This organization has over 65,000 members.

In his business and private community activities, he has received many awards for his support, performance and dedication. He has several business interests from Texas Trophy Hunters TV Show, Ranching, Military Warriors Support Foundation.

Special Advisor

Commandant James Loy (Ret.) served as the Admiral of the United States Coast Guard, as the acting U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security in 2005, and as the U.S. Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) from November 4, 2003, to March 1, 2005. Prior to his appointment as deputy secretary, he served as the second administrator of the Transportation Security Administration from 2002 to 2003, and before that as the commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard from 1998 to 2002. Also in 2004, Loy was elected as a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
